  • What do I get with my Technogym Plus subscription?

    Your Technogym Plus subscription gives you access to:Trainer-led workouts in your personalized Precision Program created by Technogym AI Coach, 1000 exciting trainer-led workouts (with new ones being added all the time) covering HIIT, boxing, Pilates, and more guided meditation sessions covering sleep, personal growth, stress management, and more

  • Can I try Technogym App premium content for free?

    Yes, you’re entitled to a 1-month free trial of Technogym Plus, and you’re free to decide when to activate your trial. An additional 1-month free trial is included with the purchase of selected Technogym products. You will never be charged during your free trial period, and you can cancel anytime.

  • Where can I train using Technogym Plus?

    Your Technogym Plus subscription is linked to your Technogym ID, meaning you can access premium content on Technogym App and from any connected Technogym equipment with Live software when you log in to your account, or directly from Technogym App.

  • How do I activate the subscription?

    To activate your subscription, open Technogym App, tap the icon in the top right corner of your profile and then select “Subscriptions” and the free trial will begin. To activate your subscription in the Technogym Live app, click on the settings icon on the bottom left-hand corner of the homepage, and then on “Subscriptions”.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, simply by following these instructions: - Tap the icon in the top right-hand corner of your profile - Tap on “Subscriptions” - Tap on the 3 dots next to the subscription you want to cancel - Tap “Cancel subscription”: this will lead you to your device’s app store - When you are in the store, tap the subscription that you want to cancel and follow the instructions. When you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to access the content included for the full period you have paid for.


  • When I buy Technogym equipment, do I get to access premium content?

    Customers who purchase Kinesis, Unica, Power Personal or equipment from the Artis, Excite, Personal and Skillrun will get Technogym Plus included, with unlimited access to premium content. Customers who purchase Technogym Bench, Technogym MyRun, Technogym Cycle and Technogym Elliptical will get an additional month of the Technogym Plus subscription.

  • If I have more equipment, do I need more subscriptions?

    No. The Technogym Plus subscription is linked to your Technogym ID, so you only need one subscription, which you can access from various products.

  • If I already have a Technogym Unlimited subscription for Technogym Bike, can I also access Technogym Plus content?

    Yes, the Technogym Unlimited subscription also includes all Technogym Plus premium content.
